IsisISIS HELPED BY ACF FUNDS

Isis is only a few months old, and had spent her short life with eye pain. Examination with a microscope revealed an eyelash growing from under her eyelid. The lash scratched her cornea with every blink, to where she would no longer open it. The good news is that Isis had eye surgery at VRCC... because of financial help from ACF. Her caregiver shares not only his heart and home with Isis, but he also identifies with her situation, since he also has impaired sight. Now Isis is able to continue the important business of growing up, free of her previous painful condition.
